4-hour minimum. Includes space rental, standard lighting, and AV setup. Additional time can be booked at an hourly rate.

Is there an elevator in the building?
No, there is no elevator available.
How many entrances does the venue have?
There are two entrances: a front entrance and a back entrance.
Does my rental include setup and breakdown time?
Yes, each rental includes 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown as part of the reservation.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, any alcohol needs for your event in our event spaces will need to go through our venue.
Is a deposit required to book the space?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. The amount may vary depending on the space selected. The final balance is due seven days before the event, and the security deposit is refunded up to two days after the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel within seven days of booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel after seven days of booking, you will lose 50% of your deposit.
If you cancel two weeks before the event, you forfeit your entire deposit and 50% of any additional payments made.
Is parking available?
Parking availability varies depending on the day. Weekend parking is typically available.
